Service Engineer (Europe)

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to join our team, working across Europe. This role involves providing top-notch engineering services to multiple customers daily, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to technical issues.

Location: Netherlands (working all over Europe)

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend client sites and resolve issues promptly and neatly.
• Use problem-solving skills to find faults and provide high-standard solutions.
• Deliver clear and informative end-user training for smooth equipment operation.
• Accurately complete job reports and explain steps taken before client sign-off.
• Communicate and build relationships with clients.
• Identify sales opportunities with existing clients and report to your manager.
• Conduct and record site surveys to a high standard.
• Maintain standards of technical excellence within the team.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

• Strong technical learning ability.
• Exemplary attention to detail.
• A tidy and diligent work ethic.
• Full valid driving licence.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel and work away from home regularly, including inter-country travel.
• Excellent English language skills.

Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

• Dutch, Spanish, and German language skills.
• ECS/CSCS or equivalent.
• IPAF or equivalent.
• PASMA or equivalent.
• Avixa CTS or equivalent.
