The Role:

As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive. You’ll be hands-on with planning, observing, and supporting development in line with the EYFS, while being a positive and engaging key person to your group of children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities
• Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and their families
• Complete observations, learning journals and developmental assessments
• Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with your team to support the needs of the setting

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding best practices
• A caring, enthusiastic and reliable team player
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
