The role will involve regular client communication, progress reporting, financial monitoring and resource planning.
You will also be responsible for managing project documentation, quality inspections, as-built records and handover packs, ensuring a smooth transition into operational support once projects are completed.

- Oversee project close-out activities and resolution of outstanding works.
- Coordinate resources with Operations and wider delivery teams.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and site procedures.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support successful handover into Day 2 support and operational teams.
