Business Development Manager


£45,000 + Commission Package


Due to recent expansion, our client is looking to bring in new Business development managers who can add to their already established sales team. Working on a Hybrid basis, you will be responsible for developing new client’s relationships and being responsible for business growth.

Our client are well established, in the Audio visual field working with large names in the Commercial, Football, AV Retail, Sports Stadia and Hospitality.

As a Business development manager, you will have experience in a similar role, with a background ideally in Audiovisual being able to demonstrate a background of successful lead generation.

The Role:

Create and execute AV profitable business plans in collaboration with the sales leadership team.

• Maximise Sales Efficiency& Effectiveness through the right enablement and solution support

• Establish relationships with existing and new clients, partners, and manufacturers.

• Be the voice of the customer when liaising back with supporting teams.

• Ensure adequate pipeline coverage across the nominated target territory and be proficient in maintaining customer records in the CRM system.

• Lead engagement with alliance partners to build differentiated solutions & campaigns


• Experience with a systems integration business

• Demonstrable background of target achievement

• Experience in solution selling.

• Experience issuing position value and building cost-benefit business cases for potential customers to meet their needs.

• Demonstrable background of successful lead generation

• Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle
