Regional Manager – Wraparound & Holiday Clubs

Are you a dynamic, driven leader with experience overseeing multiple childcare or education settings? One of our long-standing clients is recruiting for a Regional Manager to oversee their wraparound and holiday club provision across the Midlands and North—stretching from Birmingham to Manchester.

• Leading and managing a portfolio of wraparound and holiday club settings across the region
• Supporting site managers and practitioners to deliver engaging, safe, and structured sessions
• Designing and embedding termly activity programmes and child-led themes
• Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, Ofsted, and internal policies
• Driving occupancy, local engagement, and quality across your region
• Leading recruitment and onboarding of new staff as the network expands
• Collaborating with marketing teams to enhance visibility and community partnerships
• Reporting performance, identifying risks, and contributing to wider growth strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing multiple sites in education, childcare, playwork, or extracurricular settings
• A strong understanding of child development and how to deliver a creative curriculum
• Hands-on, accountable, and results-driven leadership style
• Familiarity with safeguarding protocols, EYFS frameworks, and quality standards
• Excellent people skills: able to coach, inspire, and lead high-performing teams
• Comfortable with regular travel across the region and flexible working patterns
• Confident with Microsoft Office and digital reporting
