We’re working with a well-regarded private day nursery in Wilmslow that’s on the lookout for a dynamic Nursery Manager to lead the team and take the reins of a setting with huge potential.

This is more than just a management role — it’s a real opportunity to put your own stamp on the nursery, shape its culture, and drive quality across the board. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery with a focus on high-quality care and education
• Inspiring and managing a passionate team, supporting development and wellbeing
• Ensuring compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and all relevant legislation
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and external agencies
• Driving occupancy and contributing to the strategic development of the setting

About You:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum) – ideally Level 5 or above
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
• Confident in leading teams, managing performance, and driving standards
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery operations
• A genuine passion for early years and a hands-on, can-do attitude
